3. Scope of Services

JobsPorto provides:

  • Job & internship marketplace
  • Virtual campus recruitment solutions
  • Psychometric and placement readiness assessments
  • Career development courses and training
  • Career mentoring services
  • Employee engagement and hiring solutions

JobsPorto acts only as a technology platform and facilitator and does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or career advancement.

4. User Accounts

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under their account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. User Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Misuse data of other users
  • Post inappropriate or harmful content

6. Role-Based Terms

6.1 Candidates

  • Must provide accurate academic and personal information
  • Must maintain professional communication
  • Must not impersonate others

6.2 Employers

  • Must not charge candidates any fees
  • Must provide accurate job details
  • Must honor compensation and commitments
  • Must use candidate data only for hiring purposes

6.3 Institutions

  • Must ensure authenticity of student data
  • Must obtain consent before sharing student information
  • Must not misuse employer or platform data
  • Must cooperate in recruitment activities

7. Payments

  • All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise prior agreed in writing
  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled
  • Payments are governed by the Refund Policy

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including courses and materials, is owned by JobsPorto or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

  • JobsPorto does not guarantee jobs, internships, or hiring outcomes
  • JobsPorto does not guarantee accuracy of employer or candidate information
  • Courses and mentoring do not guarantee career outcomes
  • Assessments are indicative and not definitive

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsPorto's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last three (3) months.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobsPorto from any claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations.

13. Force Majeure

JobsPorto shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including system failures, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
