REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Overview
This policy governs cancellations and refunds for all JobsPorto services.
2. Cancellations
For Employers:
- Must cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle
- One-time services cannot be canceled after initiation
For Candidates:
- Course or mentoring cancellations take effect at end of billing cycle
- No partial refunds
For Institutions:
- Event/service cancellations must be communicated well in advance
- Custom engagements may follow separate agreements
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Material service disruption arising from platform-related technical issues
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed services
- Assessments taken
- Courses accessed
- Subscription periods already used
5. Refund Process
- Requests must be made within 14 days, else the refund will not be processed
- Processing time: 14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
6. Disputes
Users should contact support before initiating disputes. All disputes are subject to applicable laws of India.
