Job Description

We are looking for energetic and results-driven Freelance Sales Executives to promote JobsPorto’s recruitment solutions to businesses and organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a passion for sales, and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including HR managers, recruiters, and business owners.
  • Promote JobsPorto’s job posting and recruitment solutions to businesses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Provide clients with product demonstrations and consultation on their hiring needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep track of sales activities and report progress to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in HR Tech, recruitment, or SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop/phone.
