   • Premium Plus Enrollment: ₹. 999/- per participant + with JobsPorto Career Development Support (JPCDS) for 1 year (worth Rs. 2500) + Personalized feedback on performance.

Round 1: General Employability Skills Assessment (Elimination Round)

Objective: Identify candidates with strong foundational skills required for any professional role.

Format:

• Duration: 30 minutes.

• Focus Areas:
  • Aptitude: Simple logical reasoning, numerical ability, and problem-solving.
  • Verbal Ability: Grammar, sentence completion, and basic comprehension.
  • Workplace Readiness: Questions on professional behavior, email etiquette, and teamwork principles.

Implementation Steps:

1. Create 20-25 multiple-choice questions with auto-grading functionality.
2. Share the quiz link with registered participants.
3. Automate scoring, with a clear cutoff for top 50-60% to qualify for the next round.

Round 2: Professional Scenario Assessment

Objective: Test participants’ decision-making, time management, and situational judgment skills in workplace scenarios.

Format:

• Duration: 40 minutes.
• Type: Online scenario-based quiz on JobsPorto
• Focus Areas:
  • Situational Judgment: “What would you do if…” questions for various professional dilemmas.
  • Time Management: Prioritization exercises where participants rank or select tasks from a list.
  • Career Aptitude: Role-based questions for fields like HR, Marketing, Sales, or Administration.

Round 3: Personal Branding and Vision Presentation

  • Part 1: Personal Statement: A written piece (150-200 words) about career goals, strengths, and contributions.
  • Part 2: Vision Pitch: A short recorded video (1-2 minutes) explaining a solution to a given professional scenario (e.g., How would you onboard a new team member remotely?).
