JobsPorto is committed to providing high-quality recruitment and job-matching services to employers and job seekers. We understand that there may be circumstances where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for all our services and subscriptions.

2. Cancellations

2.1 For Employers
- Employers may cancel job postings or subscriptions by notifying JobsPorto via email or through their account dashboard.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
- One-time job postings or credits purchased cannot be canceled after submission.
2.2 For Job Seekers
- Premium job seeker accounts or services, such as resume writing or career coaching, can be canceled at any time through the user dashboard.
- Cancellation of premium services will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

3. Refunds

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
- Services not rendered due to errors on JobsPorto’s part.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services
- Payments made for completed job postings, resumes, career coaching, or other one-time services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable unless canceled as per the guidelines in Section 2.
3.3 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date via JobsPorto’s official support email or contact form.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Subscription Services
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance.
- If a subscription is canceled mid-cycle, access to premium features will remain active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days.
5. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a disagreement regarding a refund or cancellation, users may contact JobsPorto’s customer service team for resolution.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to a third-party mediator or resolved under the governing laws outlined in JobsPorto’s Terms of Service.
