Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote JobsPorto’s recruitment solutions to businesses and organisations. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a passion for sales, and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including HR managers, recruiters, and business owners.
- Promote JobsPorto’s job posting and recruitment solutions to businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Provide clients with product demonstrations and consultation on their hiring needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of sales activities and report progress to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in HR Tech, recruitment, or SaaS sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop/phone.
